Animation (second Attempt) + Latest Release - May 2025

‘Just Another Day’ by Slow Oscar was part of the ‘Jamuary’ song-a-day challenge in 2024. Each song usually becomes like a diary entry for that day and records whatever was going on at the time. This particular song is about worries and relief and how it can all change in a few seconds.

I’m experimenting with animation and trying to tell the story of the song with images. This is my second attempt and I’m trying to get across that surreal vibe of the time. Or perhaps I just like surrealism - is it any surprise to hear that I was a major fan of Yellow Submarine (the film) growing up? Well, you’ll see a lot of that in these videos, no doubt.
